Qatar World Cup

There is no doubt that the Qatar World Cup has made us all proud, and has shown the world the beauty of it’s people and the region in general.

It unfortunately has also revealed what we already knew, but this time blatantly shown the bias of the media. The opening ceremony not being shown on BBC and the cut off of the Saudi National Anthem, along with the bombardment of negative press and content around Qatar hosting the World Cup.

However despite a lot of negativity surrounding the World Cup, we also have seen the beautiful hospitality, the uniting of people from around the world, despite differences, honouring a sport so many love.

Qatar should be proud of what they achieved, showing the world the dreamers, who envision a better future for it’s people and the region as a whole.
