Please refer to our Size Guide to make sure you select the correct size before ordering. All you need is your measurements, or US/UK/EU size to know which corresponding size would make the perfect fit.
For dresses and abaya’s the most important measurements are the bust and waist, for choosing your size, as the lower part of the dress has been designed to be forgiving.
For skirts, the most important measurement is the waist, for choosing your size.

What currency will I be charged?
Your method of payment will be charged in the currency you chose on either the shop or product page. We currently accept payment in Canadian or US dollars.
How is my payment processed? Is it safe?
Our payments are processed through Stripe gateway. We use secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect your information. All personal and credit card information is encrypted so that that it cannot be read as it travels through the ordering system.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
How is my shipment sent?
Our orders are processed through our warehouse/fulfillment centre in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, where they are carefully wrapped and packaged to prepare for the journey to you.
Where do you ship to?
We ship world wide.
How much are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process, and are based upon the weight of the items ordered. The list of shipping options/prices will appear when an address is entered.

When will my shipment arrive?
Order within Canada and to the US are delivered within 3 – 6 days.
International orders are delivered within 5-12 days.
Is the shipment tracked?
Yes. Our shipments all have tracking numbers, and your tracking number will be emailed to you, as soon as the shipment is processed.
Do you accept returns?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase, on unused, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags, in original condition and packaging, or on defective merchandise.

How do I send the returned item back to you?
Three Step Return Process:
1. Contact us at: info@mayada.com to let us know of your return, why you wish to return (we want to give you the very best, and constantly seek to improve), and kindly include your order number and name. Please let us know if you wish for a refund or store credit in the email.
2. Once confirmed, send us the returned item to:

3. Once received and accepted, your refund will be processed as you prefer (full refund or store credit).

When will the preorder be shipped?
Preorders are typically ready to be shipped in 3-4 weeks. Should there be any delays, we will email you immediately.
